CISCO Network Associate

This Cisco Network Associate certificate is designed to provide students with all the skills needed to implement, configure, manage, and troubleshoot cutting-edge networking technologies. 

The Cisco Network Associate certificate program provides the foundational knowledge needed to prepare for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam as well as other Cisco certifications and professional exams. Cisco Certified Technician (CCT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).

Pathways to other programs

This certificate is earned upon the completion of the three stackable Information & Communication Technology (ICT) certificates. Students may enroll in the fourth semester Cyber Security Specialist to earn all five ICT certificates.

Admissions Requirements

Cisco Network Associate is an open enrollment program, meaning there is no criteria students must meet to be admitted. Students who are interested in enrolling in this program should complete our steps to enroll, which includes completing the free application for admission.

We encourage all prospective students to visit campus. We have several Explore Sandburg Open Houses throughout the year, or you can schedule a campus visit at your convenience.

This certificate is earned upon the completion of the three ICT certificates: Computer Support Associate, Computer Technician, and Network Security Associate.

Program Format

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) courses are available online or in a multiple-modality format. Multiple-modality courses provide students with the option to sit in a traditional classroom, attend online, or attend a scheduled class using Microsoft Teams.
