The Carl Sandburg College Tech Help Desk provides professional, quick, and courteous technical and hardware support for students, faculty, and staff.

The Tech Help Desk is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m on Friday´s throughout the fall and spring semesters. Summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. Voice mail or e-mail messages may be left after hours.

 

Student orientations are available for new students to view to prepare for your college career.
Please view the student orientation if you are a new student or just to familiarize yourself with technology resources available at the college.
