Federal Work Study Program for Sandburg Students (2012-2013 School Year)
Work study eligibility is determined by the Financial Aid office. Contact the Financial Aid office for a Work Study application. To be considered for a work study job, you must be a Sandburg student registered for the current semester's classes and have a completed work study application on file in the Career Resources office. Work Study applications for 2012-2013 will be kept on file through June 30, 2013. Students eligible for the 2012-2013 Work Study program will be considered for positions beginning July 1, 2012. All work study positions are part-time, 20 hours per week maximum. Pay is $8.25/hour. Carl Sandburg College is seeking a Coordinator for the Nursing Skills Lab. This is a twelve month position for a Registered Nurse. Masters degree in Nursing with three years of experience in a related health care field of medical/surgical nursing and geriatrics is required. Retailed Merchandiser - Galesburg, IL (6/5/13)
In this position, you will merchandise Hallmark products at 2 Walgreens stores located in Galesburg. Both stores require service once per week. You must be flexible to work any day, Monday-Friday and you will typically work 1 day wach week. All work must be completed during the morning and early afternoon hours. The specific day you work will be determined upon hire with your supervisor and will be based upon when the store receives their shipments.
