Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, reduce stress, increase body awareness and restore a healthy, positive mind/body balance. This class is designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength. Floor mats are provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. Class is held M/W/F or students can register for 1 or 2 days a week.
