This course will update Certified Food Service Sanitation managers on changes in food code and emphasize knowledge in areas of general food safety and preventing food-borne illness. Completion of this course will renew the manager’s Illinois license for an additional five years.  All Galesburg classes are held at the CME – Building G and taught by Kyle Lloyd or Alberta LaFollette.
