GALESBURG—The Carl Sandburg College Office of Student Life and Office of Career Resources will host a Community Involvement Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 12 in the Student Center on the Main Campus in Galesburg, 2400 Tom L. Wilson Blvd.


Students and community members will be able to receive information on volunteer and internship opportunities from nearly 30 local nonprofit organizations. Requests for booths at the fair are no longer being accepted.…

GALESBURG—Works by photographer Tom Foley of Galesburg are on display through Oct. 28 in the Building D lobby of Carl Sandburg College’s Main Campus in Galesburg, 2400 Tom L. Wilson Blvd. An opening for the show will take place from 4-7 p.m. Sept. 6 with a gallery talk at 5:30 p.m.
