COMPASS is an untimed, computerized placement test that measures your reading, writing and math skills. Knowing your current skills and abilities in these areas allows our advising staff to enroll you in appropriate courses that will allow you the opportunity for success. To assist you in your preparation, our staff strongly encourages you to check out the COMPASS website at the links below. A calculator will be provided, but you may bring your own. Please allow 2 hours for testing.
Special testing procedures to accommodate persons with documented disabilities are provided in compliance with Section 504 and ADA. Contact the Testing Center Coordinator for further information.
