Effective July 1, 2011, the Department of Education requires schools with Gainful Employment programs to disclose certain information about them. Information reported below is for the period between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012
Prepares individuals to perform duties of police and public security officers, including patrol and investigative activities, traffic control, crowd control, and public relations, witness interviewing, evidence collection and management, weapon and equipment operation and maintenance, report preparation and other routing law enforcement responsibilities.
This program prepares students for the following occupations: Police, Public Security Officers, Traffic Control. Details are available on the US Department of Labor’s website via the Standard Occupational classification (SOC) code links.
Bailiffs, Correctional Officers, Jailers, Detectives, Criminal Investigators, Fish and Game Wardens, Parking Enforcement, Police Officers, Transit and Railroad Police.
