Processing Status
- Financial aid forms can be mailed to:

- Financial aid awarding, document processing and disbursements will continue both on and off-campus. Loan processing for the current year is ongoing. Loan requests can be submitted online.
- Monitor your account via mySandburg for updates.
- Financial aid offer letters for 2020-21 have been processed. Any additional 2020-21 financial aid applications will continue to be processed on a weekly basis. Awards will be viewable on mySandburg.
- 2021-22 financial aid offer letters will be processed and made available beginning April 2021.
Change of Financial Circumstances (Special Conditions)
If you or your family's financial circumstances changed (loss of job or benefits) and your 2020 income will be less than 2018, you may qualify for Special Conditions. If your Pell award is less than $6,100, please complete a 2020-21 Special Conditions Form.

Sandburg is here to help you through the financial aid process. Zoom General Financial Aid Advising:
We offer ZOOM meetings for all things that don't fall into the realm of completing the FAFSA Application through a separate sign up form found here. When signing up, please leave a brief description of why you are requesting a meeting so that we can prepare any relevant information before your meeting.
