CISCO Network Associate

The Cisco network associate certificate program provides the foundational knowledge needed to prepare for Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam as well as Cisco Certification and other professional exams.

The Cisco network associate certificate is designed to provide students with all the skills needed to implement, configure, manage and troubleshoot cutting-edge IT infrastructure.

All courses required for this certificate are part of the IT LAN & security AAS program.

Information and communications technology (ICT) courses are available online or as a multiple-modality. Multiple-modality courses provide students with the option to sit in a traditional classroom, attend online or attend a scheduled class using Skype or a telepresence robot.

 

Admission to the Program:  Open

 

First-Time Enrollees
  • Complete an application for admission and, if desired, apply for financial aid.
  • Send an official high school transcript or GED score report to the Admissions and Records Office.
  • Complete the placement exam.
  • Meet with an advisor/counselor to select classes and complete the registration process.

The Sandburg Tech Squad mission is to actively participate and promote knowledge and skills within the information communication technology field throughout our club activities. Members work to become leaders and set examples for the community as professionals in valuing our lifelong learning process while helping and providing services to the whole campus community.
