Spring Fitness Center & Fitness Courses
Fitness Center offers:
-A walking track
-Free weight area
-A wide variety of cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
-Cardio Theater so you may watch and listen to TV
Community members may enroll to utilize Sandburg's Fitness Center.
During the spring, 01/17/17 - 05/10/17, the Fitness Center is open:
Mon - Thurs, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Fri, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sat, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Zumba, Jane McGee
DITCH THE WORK OUT AND JOIN THE PARTY! Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere which attracts exercisers with a fun fusion of dance moves from styles like Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Belly dance, Bachata, Dembow and Flamenco.

Muscle Conditioning, Joan Pacheco
Class is designed to strengthen, tone, and stretch major muscle groups while improving flexibility and range of motion. Exercises utilizing light weights and resistance bands will be performed to music.

In this class you will use multiple muscles providing an all-inclusive workout to gain core strength as well as flexibility and balance.

In this low impact class, you will work every major muscle group in your body while using body weight moves and free weights. This class is for all fitness levels- new or experienced.

Strength & Toning, Michele Archer
In the first half of this class you will complete stretching exercises to strengthen your muscles. During the second part, you will gain energy by practicing Power Yoga. Different than traditional Yoga you will move at a faster pace while using your entire body weight to build more strength.
