Summer Fitness Center & Fitness Courses

Fitness Center offers:

-A walking track

-Free weight area

-A wide variety of cardiovascular and strength training equipment.

-Cardio Theater so you may watch and listen to TV

Community members may enroll to utilize Sandburg's Fitness Center.
During the summer, the Fitness Center is open:
Mon - Fri, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Closed Saturdays and Sundays
4-week Fitness Center session, 05/15/17 - 06/09/17, enrollment cost is $20

8-week Fitness Center session, 06/12/17 - 08/04/17, enrollment cost is $45

10-week Fitness Center session, 06/12/17 - 08/18/17, enrollment cost is $50

Yoga, June Ziegler
Yoga helps you achieve more flexibility, deep relaxation, builds strength, balance, coordination and a general sense of well-being.
M-W-F, 05/15/17 - 06/09/17 (4-week session)
Time 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.; $35

and

M-W-F, 06/12/17 - 08/18/17 (10-week session)
Time 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.; $85

Muscle Conditioning, Joan Pacheco
Class is designed to strengthen, tone, and stretch major muscle groups while improving flexibility and range of motion. Exercises utilizing light weights and resistance bands will be performed to music.
Tu, 05/23/17 - 08/01/17 (10-week session)
Time 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.; $28
