Corporate Training

Corporate College offers customized training specific to your business needs that is practical and convenient. Training can be offered on-site at your workplace or at any campus location. Dedicated instructors can lead courses in computer skills, electrical training, forklift safety, professional development and more. It is our goal to deliver courses that will enhance your employees’ skills and increase your business productivity. We will do our best to assist in developing courses that fulfill your requests. CDL Classes begin May 1, 2017

Carl Sandburg College, in cooperation with the Knox County Workforce Office and Spoon River College, will offer a four-week CDL training class starting May 1st in Canton at Spoon River College.

Students must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and drug test in addition to having a valid driver's license. Tuition assistance will be available to those who meet WIOA qualifications. The cost of tuition also covers all study materials. Behind-the-wheel training and licensure exam will be available upon successful completion of the course.
