Carl Sandburg College will host the 34th annual Knox County Association for Home and Community Education (KCAHCE) Class Day from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (lunch follows) on April 29 on the Main Campus in Galesburg, 2400 Tom L. Wilson Blvd., Building A. Please use parking lot A/B for your convenience.
Class Day allows participants to attend up to four classes for $31 (includes lunch) or a $25 registration fee without lunch.
Ten-dollar scholarships are available for Knox County 4-H members. Pre-registration is not required, but it is suggested to guarantee placement in preferred classes. Teachers will not earn Continuing Professional Development Unit (CPDU) credits this year.
Registration forms and program booklets are available in area township libraries, Carl Sandburg College, Galesburg Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Galesburg Public Library, Know County Farm Bureau, University of Illinois Extension in Galesburg and the Warren County Public Library. Proceeds from Class Day are given to the Carl Sandburg College Foundation Fund for scholarships.
