This course is for food service operators and their supervisory personnel to prepare them for the Illinois State Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification (FSSMC). Sandburg uses ServSafe curriculum and students will be administered a ServSafe examination at the end of the full 15-hours license course. All Galesburg classes are held in Building G and taught by Kyle Lloyd and/or Alberta LaFollette.
