Sandburg Student Awarded Elks Lodge Scholarship

GALESBURG—The Elks Lodge of Galesburg/Clem Root Memorial Endowment given through the Carl Sandburg College Foundation has been awarded to Sandburg student Regina Salsman of Galesburg.

Salsman was awarded the $400 scholarship for the 2012-2013 academic year. The Elks Lodge of Galesburg/Clem Root Memorial Endowment is awarded to a full-time student from the northern portion of the district, preferably a relative of an Elks member, with a minimum 2.0 grade point average.
