Six Sigma & Lean Customized Training Solutions
 
 Lean Mastery (1 hour)
Lean enterprise is a process designed to bring about rapid improvements to an organization's performance through an overhaul of the value stream. It is composed of a comprehensive set of elements, rules, and tools that focus on value, waste elimination, and continuous incremental improvement. This training contains clear, concise information on transforming an enterprise to lean.

 

Six Sigma Continuous Improvement (1 hour)
Six Sigma is a systematic, fact-based problem solving methodology that provides businesses with the tools and skills to reduce variation within processes and create a corporate culture committed to eliminating waste and product variations. It is a rigorous, disciplined metric, methodology and management system that focuses on understanding and meeting customer requirements; aligning key business processes to achieve these requirements; utilizing rigorous data analysis to minimize variations in those processes; and driving rapid and sustainable improvement to business processes.
 

Six Sigma Green Belt (3 days)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an introduction to a combination of two popular methodologies used in business and industry today.  Six  Sigma focuses on a lowering of occurrences of defects in the products or services of an organization in order to improve overall quality. There is emphasis on the voice of the customer and tools needed to measure those needs. Students will learn the phases of the problem-solving framework for improving processes, DMAIC or Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. With Lean, students will learn the principles of the Lean management philosophy and several of the tools for streamlining production and services from end to end with a focus on the elimination of waste.
 

Running a Lean Event (1 day)
A Lean Event is a method to advance the lean implementation process by using a focused group of people on a team to improve cost, time and space for a product or process. Learn how to effectively plan and facilitate  Kaizen events at your company.
