T.J. Lindburg

Head Coach

T.J. Lindburg is a native of Monmouth, Ill., and is in his sixth year as Sandburg's head baseball coach. Prior to becoming head coach, he was an assistant baseball coach for the Chargers under former head coach Justin Inskeep for two seasons. While a student at Monmouth High School, Lindburg was all-conference all four years and a three-time MVP. He went on to play first base for Eastern Illinois for one year and then transferred to Parkland Community College. Lindburg graduated from Western Illinois University in May 2007 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Lindburg is also an associate scout for the Philadelphia Phillies and resides in Galesburg.
