GALESBURG—Carl Sandburg College men’s soccer player Lawson Crider has been named to the first team of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tire Men’s Junior College Division I All-America and All-North Region teams, the first time any Sandburg player has received either honor.

GALESBURG—Students in the Carl Sandburg College cosmetology program raised $500 for tornado victims during a cut-a-thon Dec. 7 at the Annex in downtown Galesburg, bringing the College’s total fundraising efforts to more than $2,500.
