GALESBURG — The Carl Sandburg College women’s basketball and women’s cross country teams each have been named NJCAA All-Academic Teams for their outstanding performances in the classroom during the 2014-15 academic year.

 

Teams had to have at least a 3.0 overall grade point average in order to qualify for the award. A total of 591 NJCAA teams qualified for All-Academic recognition out of 3,461 teams in 28 different sports.

GALESBURG — Former Carl Sandburg College men’s basketball player Seth Wickert has rejoined the program as an assistant on head coach Ryan Twaddle’s staff.
