GALESBURG—Abingdon-Avon High School graduate Dakota Nagel has signed to play next season for the Carl Sandburg College men’s basketball team.

GALESBURG—Sherrard High School graduate Elijah Secor has signed to run next season for the Carl Sandburg College men’s cross country team.
 

Secor was a Class 1A sectional qualifier last fall during his senior season with the Tigers, and he was part of Sherrard’s team that won a Class 1A regional title and finished 21st at the state meet in 2011.
