Teaching Philosophy / Personal Statement
Effectively enable the dental hygiene student to pass the written and clinical board exams and to enter the world of private practice with confidence; this by adhering to the standards and objectives as set forth, and the use of experience to apply examples and hands-on experiences; this also by relating to the changing level and style of learning of each individual student, while keeping the atmosphere humorous and comfortable. I deeply believe in fostering the development of personal responsibility within each student.
